As part of the core UX team for AAET (Advanced Analytics & Emerging Technologies), I designed for multiple frameworks, multiple products, mergers of two brands & UX styles and initiated the design system process.

Optimizing the UX for Oil & Gas Company IT Transformation

Enterprise Business Application for the World's largest oil field services company that has taken an organization-wide transformation initiative. As part of the IT Transformation, designing for the user experience was a key initiative of this project. This team along with enhancing their processes, they also built an application that helps users reduce their task load and improve their work performance. In this large project, I was part of the UX team, collaborating with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external. In this role, I was mostly involved in brainstorming and gathering the requirements, and transforming them into usable interfaces.

About 15 + Mobile friendly websites fit well on small screens, without overflowing, however endless pinching and scrolling were required. This Pharma company's B2C drug websites have a very good user base and web traffic. To make it easier for the patients/doctors/nurses or anyone who uses the websites, we took an initiative to make the websites for Mobile-First Design. The first step was to redesign the existing Design System.

Event Management Application Redesign

A B2B application for Costo's event managers and vendors. During the Discovery Phase of the redesign of Costco's Event Management System, I learned a lot about its users and the various applications & tools. The outcome from the finding was a prototype that the client liked and it moved on to actual design & development. In this short span of time, I provided Future state concepts through various UX activities include focus groups, field visits, and user interviews. This led to Identify the pain points and deliver a user-friendly ecosystem of portals and mobile app.
